Payment Options

Mason Pointe offers two Entrance Fee options. With Option A, you pay a 95% Refundable Entrance Fee and a Monthly Service Fee determined by the floor plan you select. Under Option B, you can lower your Monthly Service Fee by choosing the 50% Refundable Entrance Fee.

A monthly credit will be available to you should you make a permanent move to a licensed level of care and permanently vacate your independent living residence.

• Twice monthly housekeeping service
• Twice monthly bed linen change
• Annual deep cleaning
• Annual carpet cleaning
• Complete building and grounds maintenance
• Repair and maintenance of LSS-owned appliances
• 24-hour urgent communication system
• 24-hour controlled building access
• 24-hour security personnel
• WIFI access
• Electric service
• Water and sewer service
• Expanded basic cable television service
• Trash and snow removal
• Scheduled transportation services
• Community center access and use
• Priority access to other living settings at LSS
• A variety of social, spiritual, educational, recreational, and wellness opportunities
• Designated parking space in the underbuilding garage
