Pricing Structure Overview
Let me explain a little about our pricing as we are not a traditional rental community. Our financial structure works in two ways.
Refundable Entrance Deposit
The first part you would be required to pay a 90% refundable entrance deposit which starts at around $206,000 for a one bedroom unit and will go up in cost the larger the apartment is.
Monthly Service Package
The second part you would pay a monthly service package which includes one meal per day, all utilities minus internet and a landline, all maintenance fees, and access to all amenities. This monthly cost starts at around $2800.

Community Overview
The Marist Group is a continuing care retirement community that offers a spectrum of living options including independent living, assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing to cater to the diverse needs of its residents.
Pet Policy
Pets are welcomed within the community without breed or weight restrictions, provided they can adapt to an apartment facility-type environment.
Transportation Services
Residents have access to an on-campus shuttle service for transportation within the campus and to select off-site locations. This service is included in the residents' costs.
Moving Assistance
While Marist Group does not employ movers, they maintain relationships with moving and transition companies to assist residents with the moving process.
Dining Services
The community offers sit-down style dining with at least two restaurants in each clubhouse, providing a variety of over 55 different menu options that change quarterly. Residents receive one meal per day charged to their account, with specific dining hours and additional options for pickup or delivery at an extra cost.
Staff and Medical Support
The community boasts a comprehensive staff structure with various departments such as sales, dining, activities, philanthropy, and community resources. In terms of medical staff, there are LPNs, RNs, CNAs, and CMAs available, particularly in the continuing care section. Additionally, there are about five physicians who exclusively serve Marist Grove residents on campus.
Security and Safety
Security is a top priority with 24/7 coverage and a gated entrance. Residents and employees have badges or transponders for access, while visitors must pass through security checks.
Emergency Response
Residents have the option to use pendants and pull cords in their apartments for emergencies, with the goal of staff responding within a few minutes.
Communication with Families
The facility ensures communication with residents' families through medical staff, community resources teams, and social workers as needed.
Handling Complaints
Residents can address complaints or concerns to the community resources department.
Wait List Information
The community operates a priority list that functions as a wait list, helping prospects to understand the community offerings and plan their move according to their needs and expectations.
Respite Care
Respite care services are available exclusively for Marist Group residents, with costs separate from the standard living expenses.
