Pricing for Single Studios

Single studios are $3795.00 per month or $3995.00 per month depending on the side of the building you are on.

Overview of Our Staff and Training

All Departments have a director to oversee staff, management is overseen by our Administrator who is extremely hands-on. Our Resident Care department includes a Care Coordinator, a Nurse, and a Medication Manager to oversee the staff and care of the Residents. All of our Care staff are certified in CPR, first aid, Medication, Alzheimer’s/Dementia, as well as in-house training. We have a very well-managed care system here, and our Residents are very happy and well-cared for.

Resources and Support Services for Residents' Transition

All Residents are seen by our physiatrist to establish a baseline. We have “talk therapy” available with a clinical social worker. They are also evaluated for physical therapy and occupational therapy. Individual evaluations are done by directors for activities and dining. We also pair them up with other Residents we believe they will fit with.

Complaint Resolution Process

Resident complaints are first reported to the director of the particular department. The director is required to inform the administrator. If it cannot be resolved by the director, the Resident will meet with the administrator to find a solution. We are not corporate-owned; we are privately owned, so solutions are always a bit easier.

Cost of Living in Our Community

Studio suites cost $3795.00 or $3995.00 and two-room suites cost $6590.00 or $6990.00. This is inclusive of assistance with ADLs, coordination of care, cable, Wi-Fi, housekeeping, laundry, med management, activities, and transportation.

Communication with Residents' Families

The healthcare surrogate will be the point of contact. We have excellent communication. You will have cell phone numbers for the administrator, nurse, and care coordinator. All are very responsive.

Short-Term or Respite Stays

Yes, Respite stay is $200 per day, including all amenities and care. If it is a 30-day stay, you will be charged the monthly rate for respite, which is a little cheaper.

Pet-Friendly Community

Yes, there is a $500 one-time pet deposit.

Yes, our pharmacy conducts clinics.

Aging in Place

Absolutely! Our goal is that Residents never have to move. We work with Hospice services and other third parties to allow them to stay. However, we do not offer Memory Care, so if Residents become so confused that they are constantly trying to elope, we would have to discharge them to Memory Care and assist with that transition.
