Pricing Overview

Base monthly rate starts at $3,165.

Additional costs for meals are $390.

Other services are available on an a la carte basis, meaning residents pay for the services they need.

Staff and Training

Our senior living community is staffed with a dedicated team of clinical staff, including Certified Assistants (CAs). Our staff are not from staffing agencies; they are our own employees, which is notable in an industry where 78 to 80% of staff are typically from contract agencies. We pride ourselves on our high-quality care, as evidenced by our top rating of five out of five in Minnesota.

Safety and Security

We prioritize the safety and security of our residents with comprehensive measures in place. Our community is equipped with accessibility features and security systems to ensure a safe living environment for all residents.

Resident Resources and Support

Our community offers resources to assist residents with their transition into our facility, including partnerships with moving companies. We also have a full-time activities coordinator to enrich the lives of our residents.

Transportation Services

While we do not provide direct transportation to appointments, we facilitate access to various transportation agencies, such as Metro Mobility. For group activities, our activities coordinator transports residents to and from destinations in our community bus.

Dining Experience

Residents can enjoy a dining experience with two entrees offered at every meal, along with five standard options available. Meals are prepared in our on-site kitchen, ensuring fresh, homemade food. Additionally, food is available at all times for residents.

Communication with Families

We maintain open lines of communication with the families of our residents. Our staff, including our Senior Living Consultant, Joanne Molitor, is available for in-person visits, phone calls, emails, and newsletters to keep families informed and engaged.

Pet Policy

We understand the importance of companionship, which is why our facility is pet-friendly, allowing residents to live with their beloved pets.

Additional Services

While we do not offer short-term stays or respite care, our community provides both assisted living and memory care services. We cater to the individual needs of our residents with an a la carte service model, ensuring they only pay for the services they require.
