Monthly Fees
Companion Suite (shared bath) Starting at $8,995.
Small Private Studio Starting at $10,695.
Large Private Studio Starting at $10,995.
Levels of Care
Level One $600 per month
Level Two $900 per month
Level Three $1,300 per month
Enhanced Care Priced based on resident needs
Other Fees
Administration and Service fee $4,500
Second Person Fee $2,000 per month
Continence Program $400 for mild to moderate incontinence
$500 for heavy incontinence
Respite Stays Daily rate plus 10%
Included in the monthly fee are the following:
- 24-hour nursing
- Medication management
- Three nutritious meals per day and healthy “anytime” snacks
- Housekeeping and personal laundry services
- The AspireCare calendar of scheduled and impromptu social, cultural, and recreational activities 7 days a week
- Scheduled transportation to medical appointments and recreational activities
- Cable television
