Overview of Professional Staff and Training
Our health service team comprises an RN, LPNs, med techs, and aides, all of whom undergo continuous in-service training in their respective fields to ensure they are up-to-date with the latest practices and knowledge.
Safety and Well-being Measures
To ensure the safety and well-being of our residents, we have pull cords next to the bed, in the shower, and next to the toilet. Residents also wear a pendant for additional safety. Furthermore, our staff conducts 2-hour nightly checks to ensure everything is as it should be.
Resources for Transitioning into the Community
Understanding that acclimation varies among residents and families, our case manager and wellness team provide dedicated support to help residents adjust to their new environment.
Transportation Services
While we do not offer individual transportation services to residents, we organize scheduled outings and inform both families and residents in advance.
Dining Experience
Our dining service includes two seatings for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with residents having scheduled seating times. They can choose their meals from a menu according to their preferences.

Complaints and issues are addressed by the relevant department head or our on-site case manager, depending on the nature of the complaint.

Residents can receive flu vaccinations within the community. Covid vaccinations are not mandatory any longer.

We monitor the progression of our residents closely. If a resident's needs become more suited for a nursing home, we advise the family accordingly. Aging in place is evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and we currently have availability for most room types in our community.
