Our staff consists of a variety of professionals who are dedicated to providing high-quality care and services to our residents. The team includes licensed nurses, care aides, administrative staff, and maintenance personnel. Each staff member undergoes rigorous training at our facility to ensure they are well-equipped to support the needs of our community. This training includes safety protocols, emergency procedures, and specialized care techniques.

Safety and Well-being Measures for Residents

To ensure the safety and well-being of our residents, we have several measures in place. Visitors must sign in and out, and the doors are locked at 9 PM. Our receptionist is available at the desk from 8 AM until 9 PM to assist with any needs or inquiries.

Resources and Support Services for Transition

Homestead, our third-party care team, is available in the building 24/7. Any resident can sign up for care at any time, and they also have the option to bring in outside care teams. This ensures that residents have ample support during their transition into the community.

Transportation Services for Residents

We have a bus onsite to provide transportation services for our residents, making it easier for them to attend appointments and participate in community activities.

Dining Experience

Our dining room offers a restaurant-style experience with five different meal options. If residents do not wish to come down for meals, they have the option to have their tray delivered at an additional cost.

Process for Addressing Complaints or Issues

If a resident has a complaint or an issue they want addressed, they must go through the executive director. This ensures that all concerns are handled promptly and efficiently.

Policy on Communication with Residents' Families

As an independent retirement community, any communication between residents and their families that needs to involve the care team will be managed by the care team. If any issues arise, the executive director will be in contact with the families.

Short-term or Respite Stays

We offer short-term or respite stays with a minimum duration of 8 days at a cost of $95 per day.
