Overview of Staff and Training
We have two Registered Nurses (RNs) on staff 6 days a week, covering 8 10-hour shifts. One of them is always on call. They oversee the care staff and the Medication Technicians (Med Tecs). Our care staff is CPR certified and must complete 20 hours of training courses. Additionally, they are required to shadow one of the nurses for a week.
Safety and Well-being Measures
All employees must pass a background check and provide recommendations from their former employers, highlighting their ability to perform well with coworkers and seniors. All our residents wear a pendant for 24/7 access to our staff, ensuring their safety and well-being.
Resources and Support Services
We partner with various companies offering services ranging from physical rehabilitation to companionship. We also facilitate hospice care for families in need and organize speakers to educate residents and their families on aging-related topics.
Transportation Services
We provide transportation for our residents to local shopping, doctor's appointments, and monthly outings, including dinners out of town and other excursions, four days a week.
Addressing Complaints and Issues
Residents can address their concerns directly with the department director or the Executive Director (ED). Additionally, the resident council can escalate issues to the board of directors.
Dining Experience
Our Chef, who has been with us for over 10 years and is also a caterer, prepares all meals fresh, ensuring a high-quality dining experience.
Communication with Residents' Families
We keep families updated about their loved ones' well-being through phone calls, emails, and any other requested communication methods.

We offer respite care at $175 per day before care, with a 30-day minimum stay requirement.
