Overview on Staff Professionals and Training

We have a Director of Nursing (LPN) who oversees all care staff. Staff on the floor consist of CNAs, Med Techs, and Caregivers.

Measures for Resident Safety and Well-Being

We are a secure building which offers a layer of security from the outside world. Our care team creates individualized care plans to make sure each resident is cared for in their own way. This allows each resident to thrive despite their care needs.

Resources and Support Services for Transition

We connect new residents with our resident ambassadors or residents with similar situations. In my experience, this has helped residents transition into the community with ease😊

Transportation Services for Residents

We offer free medical transportation on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Dining Experience

We offer restaurant-style dining with three meals a day. There is a main course and a list of always available options.

Process for Resident Complaints or Issues

Office management always has an open-door policy when we are in the building. We encourage residents/families to bring up any concerns or complaints they may have in the moment of having them. We also have monthly resident council meetings where residents can voice their concerns or feedback in all departments.

Cost of Living

Policy on Communication with Residents' Families

We will openly communicate our resident’s well-being to their appointed POAs/responsible party. Families also get our Nurse’s and Executive Director’s cell phone number so they have direct access to updates on their loved one.

Short-Term or Respite Stays

We currently do not offer short-term or respite stays due to our lack of available rooms. When we do, it is $200/day.

Pet-Friendly Community

We are pet-friendly as long as the resident can care for the animal.

Waitlist Status

We do have a short waitlist.

Covid and Flu Vaccinations

We do host vaccination clinics in-house.

Aging in Place

We do everything in our power to allow residents to age in place with us. We partner with hospice and home health companies to offer additional support to our residents and families.
