To ensure the safety and well-being of our residents, we start with developing a baseline and comprehensive care plan for each new resident. This plan is created by our interdisciplinary team, taking into account information from the referring hospital, family members, and the residents themselves. We prioritize their safety and well-being from the moment we receive a referral.

We provide a wheelchair van for residents who can be transported in a wheelchair, and we can arrange ambulance service for those requiring a stretcher.

Our dining room is available for residents who prefer to eat in a communal atmosphere. We provide a weekly menu in each room, detailing daily meal options, alternatives, and additional food items we can offer.

Addressing Complaints and Issues

Our social workers handle grievances by filling out a grievance form and directing it to the appropriate department.
