One bedroom starts at $4,000.

Types of Living Offered

The community offers both assisted living and independent living options, which are integrated into a single, all-inclusive model. This means residents can be as independent as they wish but can receive any necessary assistance without having to move apartments or face additional costs. Services include hygiene, toileting, and medication assistance. There is also a separate, secure memory care community for residents with memory-related conditions.

Amenities and Services

• Housekeeping and laundry services are provided.
• Transportation for outings such as shopping is included, with advance notice required for scheduling.
• Restaurant-style dining with three meals a day, daily specials, and an all-day breakfast option. Dining times are set, but there is flexibility for ordering food.
• A shop with snacks is available for residents.

Staff and Training

The community has a nursing team on staff. While there may not be a social worker due to the nature of assisted living, the nursing team handles similar responsibilities. Nurses working in memory care receive specialized training for that area. All staff undergo an orientation process to best accommodate residents.

Safety and Security

• Front door locks when the front desk is unattended, with residents having a code and key for access.
• Residents are provided with a personal emergency response system, similar to a life alert, which can be used for emergencies or general assistance requests.

Resident Check-Ins and Care Plans

Staff check-ins with residents are based on individual care plans. While the general approach is that residents will ask for assistance when needed, the staff can accommodate more frequent check-ins as required, at no extra cost.

Communication with Families

The facility communicates with residents' families through various channels, including monthly newsletters, phone calls, postings on doors, and communications included with rent invoices.

Handling Complaints

Residents can communicate complaints through multiple avenues, such as telling any trusted staff member, using the official grievance system, contacting the front desk, or reaching out directly to the nursing staff via their cell phones.

Availability

There is no waitlist for residency as the community is currently completing renovations, which means new rooms are becoming available even as others are filled.

Accessibility and Pet Policy

The facility is accessible and has safety features in place. Pets are allowed with a one-time pet deposit, and there is a weight limit, although flexibility is offered on a case-by-case basis.

Respite Care Services

Respite care services are available based on room availability, with different rates for assisted living and memory care. Furniture is provided for respite stays.
