Medical Services

While there is no LPN on-site, the community does have a visiting podiatrist and a house calls physician. It also allows home health and hospice companies to provide additional medical services to residents as needed.

Complaint Resolution

Residents with complaints or concerns are encouraged to approach the administrator directly to ensure prompt and personal attention to their issues.

The facility maintains a website and an active Facebook page to keep families informed. These platforms may be used to communicate important updates, events, and holiday newsletters.

Moving Assistance

When a new resident is moving in, the community staff offers as much assistance as possible. While they may not have specific contacts with moving companies in all areas, they are willing to help and have previously assisted with moves from various locations.
