PERSONAL CARE

Rooms are priced on a monthly rental basis. Your monthly fee provides access to all common areas of your new home as well as services and amenities that provide the staff support needed to live a fulfilling life.

A one-time non-refundable community fee is required upon lease signing.

Basic Fee Schedule

The monthly fee includes:

• Your selected room
• Our dining room program including three well-balanced, delicious meals daily plus snacks
• Activities and other specially designed programs and trips
• Wellness Assessments every six months
• Weekly laundry and housekeeping services
• 24-hour emergency call system
• All utilities excluding private telephone and private cable
• Interior and exterior maintenance

Expenses incurred by residents out on bus trips (e.g., lunch, dinner, shopping, etc.) are not included.

Monthly Room Rates:

Spousal Rate: $1,500/month - Room and Board only, double occupancy required. Additional ancillary fees and Care Packages will be applied.

PERSONAL CARE PACKAGES

• Care Package A: $495/month
• Care Package B: $790/month
• Care Package C: $1,129/month
• Care Package D: $1,691/month
• Care Package E: $2,104/month
• Care Package F: $3,004/month
• Care Package F Additional: $35 for every assessment point over 59

Medication Level Fees

• LEVEL 1: $345/month - Basic medication management up to a total of 8 medications
• LEVEL 2: $504/month - More than 8 medications

RESPITE CARE

Respite Rates: A minimum of seven (7) days is required. No Community Fee.

The following rates include all Levels of care, medication management, laundry, housekeeping, and cable:

Assisted Living: $225/day

All potential respite stays must be pre-screened and provide a Medical Evaluation form prior to the start of the stay. "Additional charges may apply."
