Our Units
Our units are unfurnished and renovated units include brand new kitchen cabinets, flooring and lightening throughout. Our pricing is all-inclusive and does reflect cable and high-speed wifi services.
Rent
The rent is as follows:
RENOVATED UNITS:
- Studio (384 sq. ft.) - $ 898
- One Bedroom (597/584 sq. ft.) - $ 1,092
- Large One Bedroom, One and a Half Bath (784 sq. ft.) - $ 1,301
STANDARD UNITS:
- Studio (384 sq. ft.) - $ 698
- One Bedroom (597/584 sq. ft.) - $ 837
Rent includes the following: Water, Garbage/Recycling, Pest Control, Power/Electric, Sewer Basic, Cable/High Speed Internet*
The listed price above reflects one cable box in the unit ($60); an additional box would be an additional charge of $15 (totaling $75).
Parking
Limited on-site parking is available however is not guaranteed and is limited to one parking space per apartment. The monthly rental of a parking space is $20 per month.
Income Requirements
Magnolia Towers is dedicated to serving low to middle-income seniors. Therefore, the maximum income any single resident or couple may make in a year is as follows:
- Single Individual - $49,150
- Couple - $56,200
Security Deposit and Application Fee
The required security deposit is equal to one monthโs rent must be paid in full at the time of move-in.
There is a non-refundable application fee of $40 per applicant; this must be paid in a money order made out to Magnolia Towers. The application fee is collected at the time the application is dropped off.

At Magnolia Towers, the safety and well-being of our residents are paramount. Our front desk is staffed 24/7, requiring all visitors to be buzzed in and sign in upon entry. Surveillance cameras are strategically placed both outside and inside common areas to enhance security and safety.
Support Services for Residents
As an independent living community, we focus on the independence of our residents. However, we have a chaplain available to assist those considering a transition to assisted living facilities, providing support during such transitions.
Transportation Services
We offer daily shuttle services to local shopping plazas, ensuring our residents have easy access to shopping and errands without the need for personal transportation.
Dining Experience
Being an independent living community, we do not offer dining plans. Our residents enjoy the freedom to prepare their meals or dine out as they prefer.
