Overview of Professionals and Training

Our staff includes registered nurses, caregivers, culinary staff, a full-time activity director, and housekeeping personnel. All staff members undergo an onboarding process mandated by our corporation, which encompasses all necessary public health information and culture specific to Dial Management.

Safety and Well-being Measures

All residents in assisted living are visually checked at least three times daily, while those in memory care receive hourly checks. Additional checks are provided if needed in memory care.

Transition Support Services

While we do not typically offer transition services, as our residents are primarily seniors moving into senior living, we are willing to provide support if needed.

Yes, we offer transportation services for our residents.

Dining Experience

We provide three meals daily plus snacks. Meals are prepared by chefs and offer a culinary experience akin to restaurant dining, served by course, with an "anytime menu" available for those who prefer alternatives to the meal of the day.

Resident Complaints and Issues

Magnolia has an executive director on-site to manage staff and customer service. Residents with unresolved concerns can contact our corporate office at any time.

Cost of Living

Pricing starts at $4,400 and can increase to $7,500 depending on the level of care required.

Communication with Residents' Families

Families have access to our full-time Director of Nursing, Executive Director, and all staff. Quarterly care plan meetings are held to discuss the resident's progress, address questions, and review overall well-being.

Short-term or Respite Stays

Yes, we offer short-term or respite stays at a cost of $275.00 per day.

Pet-Friendly Community

Waitlist Information

Yes, we currently have a waitlist for our memory care services.

Covid and Flu Vaccinations

Residents are able to receive Covid vaccinations and flu vaccinations within the community.

Aging in Place

Residents can age in place, provided their advance directives include the addition of hospice care when care levels exceed what is provided in assisted living, as we do not have a skilled nursing facility on campus.
