Medication management BASIC (1-5 meds/day) $12 per day

Pricing and Cost

The assisted living studio is available at a starting price of $6,960.

We have RNS, Nursing Aides and LPNs. With our Assisted Living the Aides are not Certified.

Could you tell me about the measures you have in place to ensure the safety and well-being of your residents?

Our residents can leave and walk the trail that is located here on the campus grounds. Before each resident leaves they are to sign in and out at the front desk, There is also a button that has to be pressed before anyone can come into the building and leave the building.

If we are in Covid, or Flu outbreak we will make sure that all residents have a mask on and are isolated.

Do you offer any resources or support services to aid residents' transition into the community?

We have a social worker on staff Monday- Friday in addition we have a psychologist that comes to see the residents 1x a week as well as a psychiatrist for Kutz but for Lodge Lane if a resident needs to see a therapist the family usually will find one and take the resident to the appointment or we can transport the resident, if a CNA goes with the resident there is a $30 fee per hour.

Do you offer transportation services for residents?

Yes if a resident needs to be transported we will provide said transportation to and from and if a escort is needed it will be a $30 fee per hour

Could you tell me a little about your dining experience?

Each resident is able to choose what they would like to eat on the menus that are passed around for them to decide, There is always hot food along with cold sandwiches, if they do not want a hot meal. Residents are able to have a salad(appetizer) meal and a dessert, along with soda and a fruit juice.

What is the process that takes place if a resident has a complaint or an issue they want addressed?

All complaints should be reported to a supervisor, at that time if the social worker is in the building she will be notified, a complaint will be written up and an investigation will occur. When there is an outcome it will be provided in writing or via email to the resident/ resident representative.

What is your policy on communication with resident's families? How do you keep them updated about their loved ones' well-being?

We do annual assessments on the resident unless a resident has fallen ill and will need a SNF. All families are available to call Lodge Lane and ask about their loved ones health.

Do you all offer short-term or respite stays? How much does this cost?

No we do not

Are you all a pet-friendly community?

Yes, there is residents here that have cats in their apartments, but dogs are not permitted to stay at the facility. If they come visit they have to have shots and records have to be provided.

Are residents able to get Covid vaccination and flu vaccinations in the community?

Yes we do have a covid and flu clinic, we will send out fliers to residents letting them know when the clinic will come to the facility.

Are residents able to age in place?

At Lodge Lane they can stay at the facility until they are in need of a Skilled Nursing Facility our SNF(Kutz) is connected by a breezeway, so when they are in need of transferring over to the SNF side it is an easy transition, and most of our residents are here for long-term care and reside here until they pass away. We work with the local hospice agencies to ensure that residents are comfortable at end of life. As of right now there is no waiting list but the apartments could go quick
