Overview of Our Staff and Training
Our Independent Living Community is staffed by dedicated professionals committed to the well-being of our residents. Our team includes live-in managers, a full kitchen staff, housekeepers, a home healthcare company, and a therapy company, all located within the building. Each staff member undergoes comprehensive training to ensure they meet our high standards of care and service.
Safety and Well-Being Measures
To ensure the safety and well-being of our residents, we have live-in managers, pull cords in the apartments, and pendants available for emergencies. These measures are part of our commitment to providing a secure and comfortable environment for all residents.
Transition Support Services
We offer support services to aid residents' transition into our community through our Ambassador Group. This group consists of resident volunteers who assist new residents, helping them to settle in and feel at home.
Transportation Services
Our community provides transportation services with our bus running Monday through Friday. We offer trips for shopping, doctor's appointments, and fun outings, ensuring our residents have access to everything they need.
Dining Experience
We serve three meals a day, seven days a week, with a variety of great options at each meal. All meals are included in the rent, offering a delightful dining experience for our residents.
Addressing Complaints and Issues
Our managers are always available to address any complaints or issues residents may have. We are committed to resolving concerns promptly and effectively.
Communication with Residents' Families
Communication with residents' families depends on the preferences of the resident. All residents have an emergency contact, and the frequency of communication with families varies according to individual needs and wishes.
Short-Term or Respite Stays
We offer flexible rental agreements on a month-to-month basis, requiring only a 30-day notice. Free trial stays for a few days are also available, allowing potential residents to experience our community firsthand.
Pet-Friendly Community
Our community is pet-friendly, with no pet fees or deposits required. Pets must be kept on a leash in the building and are not allowed in the activity room or dining room.
Availability and Waitlist
We currently have apartments available and do not have a waitlist, allowing for immediate move-ins.
Covid and Flu Vaccinations
At this time, we do not offer Covid vaccination and flu vaccinations within the community.
Aging in Place
Our community supports residents' ability to age in place, with many staying through hospice care. Our third-party healthcare and therapy companies play a significant role in helping our residents maintain their independence.

One way we do this is by renting our apartments month-to-month, which keeps us on our toes each and every day. We strive to meet and exceed your expectations of how great retirement living can be. Your Apartment Features
Your apartment has individual climate control, extra large bathroom(s), convenient kitchenettes, spacious closets and an emergency call system in the event you need to alert your on-site management team. Your monthly rent also provides three meals every day, prepared by a trained chef and served restaurant style to your table. We also provide activities, weekly housekeeping and linen service, scheduled transportation, cable TV service, a fitness center, a theater and all utilities except your personal phone.

There are many other community spaces for your friends and family to join you for entertainment and personal activities. So many great services, all included in your monthly rent.
