Could you share pricing and any other general information?
I have attached pricing for both memory care and assisted living.
Could you provide an overview of the types of professionals on your staff and the training they undergo at your facility?
RN, LPN, LALD, Nursing Assistance, Medication Passers, home health aids, community director, maintenance director, cleaning staff.
Could you tell me about the measures you have in place to ensure the safety and well-being of your residents?
Our trained caregivers are on-site 24/7 to provide supervision and assistance with care.
Here is a list of a just few types of care we can provide in our communities:
- Medication setup and administration
- Diabetic management (including sliding scale insulin)
- Meal preparation and assistance with feeding
- Bathing assistance
- Dressing and grooming
- Incontinence management (with assistance of up to 2 caregivers)
- Routine safety checks
- Coumadin management
- Tube feeding
Our caregivers are scheduled in a way to help promote recognition and reassurance for your loved one. This allows each caregiver to provide care in an individualized manner while learning your loved one's routines.
We have a smaller, more homelike atmosphere that is easy to navigate. Our simple floor plans allow each resident to live more independently while receiving the right care at the right time.
We work closely with local health care providers to help enhance and maintain a better understanding of your loved ones medical needs.
A beauty/barbershop is available on-site where residents have the opportunity to have their hair done each week.
Activities are scheduled throughout the day and we invite our local churches, music groups and child care organizations to join us to provide a multi-generational experience.
Do you offer any resources or support services to aid residents' transition into the community?
We offer comfort and support during the transition.
Do you offer transportation services for residents?
We do not.
Could you tell me a little about your dining experience?
We offer home cooked meals prepared from scratch and served in our beautiful community dining rooms.
What is the process that takes place if a resident has a complaint or an issue they want addressed?
We have a Grievance Policy that would be explained upon move in.
What is your policy on communication with resident's families? How do you keep them updated about their loved ones' well-being?
We would explain this upon a tour of our community.
Do you all offer short-term or respite stays? How much does this cost?
Yes we do. I have attached the pricing and stipulations for a respite stay.
Are you all a pet-friendly community?
We only allow Certified Service Animals, we offer pets to come visit.
Are residents able to get Covid vaccination and flu vaccinations in the community?
To be determined.
Are residents able to age in place?
We have residents remain with us until end of life.
