Yes, as mentioned in the previous email, we do have a waitlist with 4 residents currently on it. We are rehabbing 2 rooms in Assisted Living and have 10 rooms available in Memory Care.

Transition Support Services

All new residents are given special attention after their first few days to help them settle into their apartment. This includes escorting them around the building several days a week to and from activities and meals, including mass and rosary if they are interested. During these tours, they are introduced to other residents as well. These activities are conducted by myself and other members of our staff, including nurses, STNA's, caregivers, and our Life Enrichment Staff, typically 2 to 6 times a day for generally 2 weeks. We accommodate residents' wishes for fewer days per week but continue efforts to make them feel at home.

Transportation Services

Yes, we offer Life Enrichment trips to various locations such as stores, museums, restaurants, bakeries, and the Metro Parks. Transportation to doctor's offices is also available (please ask for details during a visit).

Dining Experience

All three meals are offered and included in the rent. Special meals are provided on holidays and special days like Mother's Day. Menus are available, and any dietary concerns should be addressed to Donna Allen and the Dietary Managers.

Addressing Complaints and Issues

Families and residents are encouraged to speak with any staff members regarding concerns, which will then be addressed with them and the appropriate staff.

Communication with Residents' Families

Donna is very good at keeping families informed, so please feel free to call her to discuss.

Short-term or Respite Stays

Yes, we offer short-term or respite stays at $210 per day, all-inclusive pricing on all services, meals, care, etc., with a 7-day minimum stay.

Pet Policy

No pets are allowed. However, dogs with appropriate shot records filed with the front desk are permitted.

Covid and Flu Vaccinations

Yes, residents are able to get Covid and flu vaccinations in the community.

Aging in Place

Yes, residents are able to age in place as long as they are within the licensure and healthcare that we can provide in an Assisted Living facility.
