Types of Professionals and Training
Our staff comprises various healthcare professionals who are critical to maintaining the well-being and quality of life of our residents. All associates complete mandatory New Orientation upon hire. They are also assigned Training/Health Competency Assessments that are required upon hire and annually to ensure they meet our facility's standards.Safety and Well-being Measures

We offer resources and support services to assist residents in transitioning into the community. We pride ourselves on coordinating these services to assure a safe discharge.Transportation Services
Our Social Services Department manages and schedules transportation needs for our residents to appointments. We also have a Life Care bus available for appointments and community activities.Dining Experience
Dining room services are available daily for three meals and are open to residents and families at all times. Residents are encouraged to dine with others but retain the choice of dining options. A private dining area is also available.Handling Complaints and Issues
We have a Comment & Concern policy to address residents' complaints and issues, which is documented, tracked, and followed up by all involved departments.Communication with Families
We prioritize open communication with residents and their families, starting at or before admission. We schedule Care Plan meetings with residents and their responsible party within 3-5 days of admission, again after 30 days, and then quarterly. All department leaders have an open-door policy.Short-term or Respite Stays
