Our Prices

For our regular long-term care unit:

• $405 for a semi-private
• $435 for a private (if one available)

Memory Care prices:

• $415 per semi-private
• $445 for a private room

Our Services and Policies

We have Registered Nurses and Nursing Assistants available 24 hours a day, along with 3 physicians who visit 3 times a week. On other days, their Nurse Practitioners come, depending on the resident's level of care needs, including 15-minute safety checks.

Our Discharge Social Worker will arrange for a home health agency to follow up with the resident in the community. While we do not offer transportation services directly, we can help set appointments, but the family is responsible for the payments.

Residents have the choice to eat in the dining room or their rooms. We serve hospital food, adhere to their dietary needs, and ensure the food is good.

Complaints can be filed with the social worker, who will then conduct an investigation.

Our medical team, therapy, and nursing team organize care plan meetings with the resident and their family. Additionally, the family or resident can always reach out to the nurses or social worker for assistance.

We no longer offer respite services.

We are a pet-friendly facility, provided the pet has all the necessary vaccines updated.

We offer COVID and flu vaccines to our residents.

For those inquiring about long-term care, our clinical team evaluates residents for the long-term care unit. If they qualify clinically, our business office will discuss payment options with the family. If a room is available, they can stay.

We maintain a waiting list for the long-term care and memory care unit.
