Patient Care Services

We have Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), Registered Nurses (RNs), and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) that provide direct patient care. We also provide continuous education throughout the year.

Security and Discharge

Our doors to the outside are all coded, and only staff members are provided the code. Upon discharge, our Social Services department will meet with patients/family members and will order any needed services such as home health care and equipment.

Transportation Services

We offer transportation for appointments related to admission within a 50-mile radius.

Dining and Socialization

To promote socialization and good nutrition, residents are encouraged to eat in the dining room. We also offer the option of in-room meal services. Staff are available in the dining room to assist residents with any services they may need. Residents are given a menu and may pick from two options for meals.

Communication and Support

A resident/family member may contact the nursing staff and/or Social Services with any issues that arise. Also, any associate may assist if able to.

Room Rates

- $405.00 per day for a semi-private room - $420.00 per day for a private room

We offer Care plan meetings regularly.

Therapy Dogs

Yes, we have therapy dogs that visit on a regular basis.
