Types of Living Offered
The community is a not-for-profit life plan community offering a full continuum of care, including:
- Independent Living
- Assisted Living
- Memory Care
- Long-term Skilled Nursing
- Short-term Inpatient/Outpatient Rehab
Respite Care Services
Respite or hospice care services are available and can be utilized within the independent living homes based on resident choice.
Pet Policy
Pets are allowed within the community with no breed restrictions or additional charges.
Transportation Services
Residents have access to a free shuttle service for local errands to places like grocery stores and banks. Additionally, a private limo service is available for appointments such as doctor's visits, with a nominal charge of $2.50 for those without a car.
Moving Assistance
When a resident moves in, the community provides two internal move managers: one for interior design assistance and personalization, and another for logistical support such as scheduling movers and elevator reservations. However, the staff does not physically pack belongings.
Dining Services
The community boasts five restaurants on campus. Residents receive dining dollars as part of their monthly fee, currently about $500, to use at their discretion in any of the restaurants. Dining options are available from 6 a.m. to 8:30 p.m., including a breakfast coffee bar, casual dining for lunch and dinner, and upscale fine dining for dinner services.
Communication with Residents' Families
Communication preferences are tailored to individual needs, with three social workers on-site to act as liaisons between the community and residents' families.
Staff and Services
The community is a 24/7 operation with a wide range of staff, including nursing, security, dining, housekeeping, maintenance, technology assistance, administrative personnel, an on-site clinic, and doctors.
Safety and Security
Security measures include controlled access gates, a night-time security guard, and over 300 security cameras throughout the campus.
Resident Feedback
Residents have a significant voice in the community through a resident council, drop boxes, quarterly surveys, and town hall meetings with the CEO. Additionally, two residents sit on the community's board.
Wait List Information
The community has an Advantage Club Program wait list, with availability dependent on the selection from over 50 different floor plans.
