Overview of Staff and Training

Our staff members include RN’s (Registered Nurses), LPN’s (Licensed Practical Nurses), and CNA’s (Certified Nursing Assistants). Each category of staff undergoes rigorous training specific to their roles, ensuring they are well-equipped to meet the diverse needs of our residents.

Safety and Well-being Measures

We implement a variety of safety and well-being measures tailored to the specific needs of each patient, ensuring a secure and supportive environment for all our residents.

Transition Resources and Support Services

Our discharge planning team coordinates all necessary equipment, services, and follow-up care to aid residents' smooth transition back into the community.

Transportation Services

While we do not directly provide transportation services, we are able to arrange them as needed for our residents.

Dining Experience

Our dietary staff provides delicious and nutritious meals tailored to meet the dietary needs of each resident, ensuring a pleasant dining experience.

Addressing Complaints and Issues

Our Customer Relations Director assists in the documentation and resolution of any resident concerns, ensuring all issues are addressed promptly and effectively.

Cost of Living

The cost of living in our community is based on the specific unit, with a long-term resident in a semiprivate room costing $441 per day.

Communication with Residents' Families

We maintain regular communication with residents' families through scheduled Care Conferences and updates on any changes in condition.

Short-term or Respite Stays

We offer short-term or respite stays with a minimum requirement of 7 days, at a cost of $441 per day.

Pet-Friendly Community

We welcome pet visits, provided the required proof of vaccinations is kept on file, ensuring a friendly environment for both residents and their pets.

Vaccinations

Vaccinations for both Covid-19 and Influenza are offered at our facility, although they are not mandatory.

Aging in Place

Post-acute patients who are unable to function outside of a skilled setting are transitioned to a long-term bed when one becomes available. We do not maintain a waiting list, processing admissions through hospital systems. Those unable to rehabilitate to their prior living situation or a lesser level of care transition to a long-term bed when available.
