Private Pay Options

Our private pay options are $200/day for a semi-private room and $300/day for a private room.

Insurance Options

In addition to our private pay options, we take most insurances as well. However, I would like to preface that by mentioning that a patient must have skilled nursing or long-term care benefits included in their plan to utilize their insurance. When we receive clinical and insurance information, we will run their benefits to ensure coverage.

In our skilled nursing facility, we provide a holistic approach to care with a team of medical professionals dedicated to the well-being of your loved one. An MD, supported by a team of NPs and PAs, will oversee the care of each resident. While the MD may not always be physically present, they remain accessible by phone for consultations with our clinical team. Our staff, including skilled nurses and aides, offer 24-hour care, ensuring immediate needs are met around the clock.

Specialized physicians such as nephrologists, cardiologists, and pulmonologists are available for rounding, in addition to services from dental, vision, psychology, and wound care providers. For external specialist appointments, we arrange transportation to ensure comprehensive care beyond our facility.

Our commitment to excellence extends to our staff, all certified medical professionals who undergo rigorous background checks, initial training, and continuous education on the latest care policies and procedures.

Safety and Well-being of Our Residents

To safeguard our residents, all staff complete Relias onboarding, focusing on preventing abuse, neglect, mistreatment, and exploitation. Our Abuse Coordinator, Operations Manager Hunter Funkhouser, is readily available for staff to report any concerns, ensuring a prompt and protective response to any allegations.

Emergency preparedness is a priority, with plans and training drills in place to ensure staff readiness. Our social services department supports the emotional well-being of residents and families, assisting with transitions and addressing any concerns.

Living and Dining at Our Facility

We offer personalized meal planning, with menus provided in advance for family selection. Residents have the flexibility to dine in communal areas or privately in their rooms, with snacks and beverages available upon request. Accommodations for personal preferences, such as mini-fridges in rooms, are provided to make our residents feel at home.

Addressing Concerns and Enhancing Comfort

Our social services department and administrative team are dedicated to resolving any grievances, ensuring a responsive and caring environment. Within the first week of admission, a care plan meeting introduces families to our department representatives, fostering open communication and personalized care.

For family communication, we designate a primary contact to streamline updates and ensure informed care decisions. Our admissions process tailors contact preferences to suit each family's needs.

Flexible Stays and Financial Considerations

We accommodate short-term and respite stays, with costs varying based on individual circumstances and insurance coverage. Our transparent approach to admissions and billing ensures families are well-informed of any financial responsibilities.

Pet Policy and Activities

While we do not currently allow pets to live in the facility, we are open to discussing potential visits on a case-by-case basis. Our partnership with pet-therapy companies enriches our activity offerings, welcoming pets for visits.

Our nursing team facilitates access to COVID and flu vaccines, supporting the health and safety of our residents. We offer long-term care services, encouraging residents to personalize their living spaces with comfort items and providing support for wall decorations to foster a homely atmosphere.
