At LegendR, we recognize that each person has individual needs and preferences. With this in mind, we offer each resident a flexible service combination we call Tailored Services. The combination of the Base Monthly Service and the Tailored Services designed for you result in your monthly Tailored Pricing.

This unique plan provides you with the most individual personal service in the most cost-effective manner.

The Base Service Includes:

• Private apartment purposefully designed to promote independence
• Engaging life enrichment activities and experiences
• Weekly housekeeping, linen services and apartment maintenance
• Three restaurant-style meals prepared by an on-site chef and snacks/beverages throughout the day
• Electric, water and trash

Tailored Services Include:

• Specialized diets
• Assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming and other personal care
• Mobility assistance
• Personal laundry service
• Specialized tailored services for each resident are determined during the assessment process.
• 24-hour access to staff
• Scheduled transportation

Overview on Types of Professionals and Training

Our community has two nurses on-site during business hours and available on-call after hours. We also have nurse aides and medication aides available 24/7 to assist our residents. Additionally, a physician makes weekly rounds. All of our staff completes continuing education classes throughout the year.

We have staff available 24/7 to care for your loved one.

Resources and Support Services for Transition

We have a great group of residents to welcome new residents, and our amazing team will help ensure an easy transition into the community.

Transportation Services for Residents

We offer transportation to doctor appointments on Mondays and have weekly outings on Tuesdays. Our residents enjoy going to museums, shopping, restaurants, etc.

Dining Experience

We offer restaurant-style dining. Our menu features a "happy" and healthy option for each meal, as well as an "always available" selection for our residents.

Addressing Resident Complaints or Issues

If a resident has any issues, they simply need to inform a member of our staff, and it will be addressed immediately.

Communication with Resident's Families

We are very communicative with our families. If there are any changes in a resident's condition, our nurses will contact the family.

Short-Term or Respite Stays

We do offer respite stays with a minimum 30-day stay requirement. The cost varies depending on the apartment selected.

Pet-Friendly Community

We are a pet-friendly community. We do have a $500 pet deposit, and pets must maintain up-to-date shots and annual vet visits.

Current Availability

We currently have three apartments available in assisted living, and we have a waitlist for our memory care.

Covid and Flu Vaccinations

Our residents who wish to get the Covid vaccines do so through their primary care provider or at Walgreens/CVS.

Aging in Place

Yes, we are equipped to support residents as they age in place.
