Community Overview

Currently, we do not have a waitlist. Our community is staffed with CNAs, CMAs, and an RN who is available 5 days a week and on call 24/7. We also have Maintenance, Housekeeping, Dietary, Life Enrichment, Sales, and our Resident Director. All associates undergo training monthly, quarterly, and yearly through Relias.

We collaborate with 3rd party providers such as Home Health and Hospice, Podiatry, and we have an in-house Nurse Practitioner who rounds weekly. PT, OT, and Speech services are available through Home Health services.

All doors in the community that lead directly to the exterior are secured with a keypad, accessible only to associates. Apartments with courtyard access are equipped with an alarm system that notifies the front desk and all aides on the floor if a door is opened. Our main entrance is unlocked from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Residents can opt for a pendant, available for a one-time fee of $275, to wear around their neck. All apartments are fitted with an emergency cord in every room. All pendants, cords, and door alarms are integrated into the same call system, alerting aides through a paging system they carry.

Visiting hours are not restricted, encouraging families to visit at any time. For entry outside of unlocked hours, a call button at the main entrance facilitates access. An associate will assist with exiting the community.

Our resident ambassador program pairs new residents with those more established to help them acclimate. Transportation is offered at no cost on Tuesdays and Thursdays, with a $10 fee on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.

The Gold Leaf Dining experience is provided at every meal, with details available in the attached document. Any concerns can be addressed directly with the Resident Director.

Cost of living is determined on an individual basis. An emergency contact list is compiled upon signing the resident agreement, to be used as specified for contacting a resident’s family if necessary.

We offer short-term and respite stays, requiring a minimum of a 30-day stay with a 30-day notice. Our community is pet-friendly and ensures all residents can receive Covid and flu vaccinations, with notifications sent throughout the community and by email to families.

Our community is designed to allow residents to age in place for as long as possible. Currently, we do not have a waitlist.
