Do you guys currently have a waitlist? Not currently.

Could you provide an overview of the types of professionals on your staff and the training they undergo at your facility? We have a full time RN wellness director, plus LPN assessment nurse, care staff, med technicians and resident care coordinators in assisted living and memory care.

Could you tell me about the measures you have in place to ensure the safety and well-being of your residents? Our building is staffed 24/7 with awake staff during this time. Front door is locked from 8 pm to 6:30 am.

Do you offer any resources or support services to aid residents' transition into the community? We assist all new residents in acclimating to the community. The department directors are in charge of this in first days of new resident’s stay.

Do you offer transportation services for residents? Yes – with 10 and 15 mile radius.

Could you tell me a little about your dining experience? Our rent includes 3 meals daily served restaurant-style in one of our two dining rooms.

What is the process that takes place if a resident has a complaint or an issue they want addressed? There is an open door policy for a visit with the executive director to discuss any issues.

What is the cost of living in your community? Assisted living rates start at $4,125 for a studio and $4,300 for a one bedroom. The one-time move in Fee is $2,800. Personal care is additional and determined by an assessment.

What is your policy on communication with resident's families? How do you keep them updated about their loved ones' well-being? You will receive phone calls and care conference updates from time to time and you are always welcome to talk to our care directors about your mother’s care and condition, plus any concerns.

Do you all offer short-term or respite stays? How much does this cost? We do offer short term stays – 14 days minimum and 30 days maximum. $250 per day in assisted living.

Are you all a pet-friendly community? Small pets with executive director approval are allowed. Proof of vaccinations required.

Are residents able to get Covid vaccination and flu vaccinations in the community? We have scheduled clinics from time to time and they are announced.

Are residents able to age in place? As long as a resident does need skilled nursing care, yes – they can age in place including palliative and hospice care.
