Community Overview

The senior living community in question does not currently have a waitlist for its assisted living services. Dining Experience

Dining within the community is restaurant-style, providing a more upscale and enjoyable experience. There are three restaurants available, as well as a dedicated dining room on the second floor of the assisted living facility.

Staffing and Care

The wellness director, who is a nurse, leads the care staff. The community ensures that at least two care staff members are available 24/7, maintaining a staff-to-resident ratio of two to 19 in the assisted living section. Both a nurse practitioner and a doctor visit the community on Tuesdays to provide medical care and consultations.

Safety Measures

For safety, residents are provided with pendants and have access to pull cords in their rooms to quickly alert staff in case of an emergency or need for assistance.

Addressing Resident Complaints

Residents can voice complaints to any staff member they feel comfortable with, whether it's the wellness director, the front desk, or the executive director. The nature of the complaint will determine who addresses it.

Family Communication

The community's wellness director actively keeps in touch with the families of residents, offering her personal cell phone number for calls, texts, and emails. Families also receive newsletters and can communicate with their loved ones through devices like Echo Show or Alexa Home, which are equipped in the rooms and accessible via a corresponding app.
