Other Fees

Residents may be charged for telephone service, pet fees, beauty and barbershop services, guest meals and supplies used. Some activities (ie. movie outings, lunch outings) may also require a separate charge.

Base Level of Care - $100 per month

• 24-hour emergency response system
• Daily safety checks
• Three delicious meals per day
• Weekly housekeeping and linen services
• Social, cultural, religious, and recreational activities

Care Level 1 - $500 per month

• All Base Level of Care services
• Minimal assistance with the activities of daily living
• Minimal reminders of events, activities, and other important items

Care Level 2 - $1,000 per month

• All Base Level of Care services
• Limited assistance with the activities of daily living
• Medication counseling and supervision
• Occasional reminders

Care Level 3 - $1,200 per month

• All Base Level of Care services
• Regular assistance with the activities of daily living
• Medication counseling, supervision, and administration
• Frequent reminders
• Assistance with manageable incontinence

Care Level 4 - $1,400 per month

• All Base Level of Care services
• Frequent assistance with the activities of daily living
• Medication management and administration
• Regular reminders
• Assistance with incontinence

Care Level 5 - $1,600 per month

• All Base Level of Care services
• Significant assistance with the activities of daily living
• Medication management and administration

Staff & Training

Our team includes licensed nurses, certified nursing assistants (CNAs), med techs, and other professionals who receive regular training in resident care, safety protocols, and specialized support for memory care, among other areas.

Safety & Well-Being

We have 24/7 staff monitoring, emergency call systems in every room, and a secure building to ensure the safety and well-being of our residents.

Resident Transition Support

We offer personalized assistance to help residents settle in.

Dining Experience

Our dining program features nutritious, chef-prepared meals served in a restaurant-style setting.

Short-Term or Respite Stays

We currently do not offer Short-term or Respite stays.

Pet Policy

We are a pet-friendly community, though we like to meet pets prior to move-in. A $100 monthly fee applies.
