For convenience and accessibility, we offer shuttle and van services for shopping trips and doctor's visits, ensuring our residents can easily get to where they need to go.

Dining Experience

Our dining service is designed to offer a pleasant and flexible experience. Residents can enjoy their meals in a relaxed setting, choosing where they sit while having a preset menu that caters to various dietary needs, including vegan options.

Our Staff

Our dedicated team comprises med techs and caregivers, with nurse practitioners or physicians available for visits. This ensures that our residents receive the care and support they need at all times.

Safety Measures

To ensure the safety and well-being of our residents, we provide pendants or wristbands. Additionally, our facility implements security measures, including locking doors after hours with pin access for residents and visitors.

Feedback and Communication

We believe in open communication and have a structured process for addressing complaints or concerns. Residents and their families can reach out directly to our staff, including social workers or the executive director. For ongoing communication, we maintain a website, Facebook page, and distribute newsletters to keep families informed and engaged.

• We currently do not have a waitlist, allowing for timely admissions.
• While we do not offer assistance with moving, we strive to make the transition as smooth as possible for new residents.
