À La Carte Care at Encore Communities

Since 2005, Encore Communities has offered personalized, loving care to our residents. When you come here, you'll feel our warmth and hospitality and see how our residents are a part of our extended family.

Our pricing is "à la carte," meaning we utilize a customized care plan and only charge for the services you need. We offer eighteen categories of care, with varying levels of support. Examples include:

• Mobility assistance and support
• Assistance with dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
• Dietary modifications, including low sodium, low sugar, vegetarian, and modified textures
• Continence and toileting support
• Coordination of care and medicine management
• Diabetic care, including scheduled and sliding-scale insulin
• CPAP and nebulizers
• And more

Cost

The cost of care depends on an evaluation completed by our nursing team with input from the resident and their family. For estimating purposes, some general ranges are:

• Mainly independent $750 - $1,500 per month
• Needing reminders and standby assistance $1,500 - $2,500 per month
• Needing some hands-on assistance $2,500 - $5,000 per month
• Mainly dependent for many tasks $5,000 and up
