Overview of Our Staff and Training

Our team comprises an Executive Director, Maintenance Director, Business Office Manager, Dining Director, Housekeeping Director, Activities Director, Sales Director, and Housekeeping/Kitchen Staff. While we are an independent living community without care or medical staff, our professionals are dedicated to ensuring a high-quality living environment for our residents.

Safety and Well-Being Measures

To ensure the safety and well-being of our residents, we have call buttons in bathrooms and emergency pendants. These devices notify the front desk in case of an emergency, prompting staff to call 911 immediately.

Support Services for New Residents

Our management staff personally introduces themselves to new residents upon their move-in. Additionally, we have a welcoming group of residents who greet new members within the first day, facilitating a smooth transition into our community.

Transportation Services

We provide transportation services to our residents, enhancing their mobility and independence.

Dining Experience

Our dining experience is restaurant-style, featuring a seasonally changing menu from which residents can order.

Addressing Complaints and Issues

Residents can directly approach our Executive Director with any concerns. We also hold monthly town hall meetings where residents can discuss issues with management.

Communication with Residents' Families

Typically, the resident acts as the primary point of contact for their family. In emergency situations, we contact the resident's emergency contact to keep them informed.

Short-term or Respite Stays

We offer month-to-month stays, requiring a $3,000 community fee upon move-in for residents who wish to stay for any duration.

Pet-Friendly Community

Our community is pet-friendly, with a one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $500.

Covid and Flu Vaccinations

As we do not have medical staff, we cannot administer Covid or flu vaccinations within our community.

Aging in Place

Residents are able to age in place, with the option to hire home health services for additional assistance as needed. Currently, we do not have a waitlist.
