Community Details

This detailed information was received through an email from the Senior Lifestyle Coordinator at Las Fuentes Resort Village via email on 2024-01-10.

Team Structure and Oversight

We have team members that head up departments, such as Sales and Marketing, Maintenance, Resident Services, Dining, Activities, Business office, Human resources. An Executive Director is licensed by the State for the oversight of the building. For our Assisted living and Memory care, we also have an R.N. The team members are trained in compliance and are held to a code of conduct.

Safety Measures

We have 24 hr/day security in the building at the front desk. All the exterior doors are locked, with the lobby door being the only open door until 11:00 when it is secured. The front desk is manned. We have a check-in system for independent living in each bathroom. For those who would like a pendant, we also can provide a complimentary pendant for emergencies. The pendant alerts the front desk.

Transportation and Outings

We have scheduled transportation available for Residents as well as group outings.

Dining Options

Dining is not included in the cost of the apartment. You can enjoy breakfast, lunch, or dinner for a nominal cost that can be billed to your account. Each apartment is fully appointed for cooking. We also have Saturday evenings of elegance with elevated experience and entertainment.

Complaint Process

We have an open door policy and every complaint is heard. We also have a Resident Council and monthly town hall meetings for any issues, suggestions, concerns, or complaints.

Cost of Living

I have attached our brochure and the costs for various apartments. Typically there is a 4% increase annually on apartment cost.

Policy on Communication

Independent living does not require regular communication with family members. If there is a concern or issue, we will reach out to the individual appointed as emergency contact. For example, a hospitalization.

Pet-Friendly Community

We are a pet-friendly community.

Annual Vaccination Clinics

We do annual vaccination clinics.

Lease and Respite Information

We do not have respite, however, our lease is month to month.

Age in Place

Yes, however, we separate the apartments from the Independent area to the Assisted area. So once assisted living is required, you would need to move into a different area in the building. We have a waitlist for our memory care and assisted living. In independent living, we have limited availability of apartment styles. Once you take a look at the layouts, you can let me know what is of interest and I can let you know what is available. You can be placed on the independent living waitlist with a deposit for a particular apartment.
