PRICING OPTION I - LIFE CARE
This option provides:
- One-time entrance fee and comprehensive monthly service fee provides for lifetime residency.
- Unlimited access to Assisted Living, Memory Care, Skilled Nursing, and Short- and Long-Term Rehabilitation at our on-site Lakewood Health Services Center.
- No substantial increase to your monthly service fee other than the cost of additional meals and ancillary charges.
- A portion of your entrance fee and ongoing monthly service fee may be tax-deductible as a prepaid medical expense. Consult with your tax advisor.
- Option I is available under a standard declining entrance fee refund, 50% refund or 90% refund.
PRICING OPTION II - FEE-FOR-SERVICE
This option provides:
- One-time entrance fee and comprehensive monthly service fee provides for lifetime residency.
- Unlimited access to Assisted Living, Memory Care, Skilled Nursing, and Short- and Long-Term Rehabilitation at our on-site Lakewood Health Services Center.
- Pay only for the care you need, when you need it.
- 10% discount on Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing, Rehab, and Memory Support, if ever needed.
- Pay for your on-site health care with existing long-term care insurance policies or personal funds.
- Option II is available under a standard declining entrance fee refund, 50% refund or 90% refund.
