Training Requirements

We have RN's, LPN's and Resident Assistants. There is training upon hire that each role must obtain prior to providing services to our residents. It also is determined by their license and then be continued to the state requirements. The Resident Assistants have annual training along with any additional training requested by the nursing staff to provide specific services to the residents.

Building Security

Our building is secured with the main entrance available for visitors to enter during reception hours, otherwise you will need a key fob to enter the building.

Community Ambassador

We have an ambassador available the first week of moving to our community to guide to activities, dining, fitness opportunities and introduce to other residents.

Transportation

We have 2 busses that provide shopping opportunities and transportation to offsite activities scheduled by the community.

Dining Services

The restaurant is open 7 days a week and offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner. There are separate menus with a variety of delicious meals to choose from along with our Bistro that is open during the weekdays for the lunch hour.

Open Door Policy

We have an open door policy where you can speak with our Housing Administrator to discuss opportunities of improvement.

Care Conferences

We schedule annual care conferences with the nursing staff, resident, and families to discuss services that are being provided and if any changes need to be made. You are also welcome to request care conferences in the meantime, especially if a significant change has occurred. We also welcome phone calls or emails to our Clinical Administrator who can answer any questions.

Respite Care

We do not provide respite care at this community; however, we have a care center that offers transitional care services should you need therapy services from a hospital stay.

Pet Policy

We are pet friendly and require a non-refundable pet fee of $500/per animal up to 2.

Vaccinations

We have provided those vaccinations on site by the local pharmacy.

Living Arrangements

You will need to move to the Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Care Center should you need those services which are located in a different location in the community. You have the opportunity to live in your Independent Living apartment and hire a third party outside agency to provide services should you desire. We currently have 1-bedroom apartments available in Independent Living, studios and 1-bedroom apartments in Assisted Living, and studios in Memory Care.
