We collaborate with families to develop individualized care plans, ensuring optimal care and safety. Our safety measures include regular check-ins, a call button system, bathroom emergency pull cords, and a secure community environment.

Resources for Transitioning Residents

Our staff is skilled in facilitating smooth transitions for new residents. We offer a welcoming committee, monthly new resident lunch-ins, and personalized support to meet each resident's unique needs during their transition.

Transportation Services

We provide transportation for resident outings and medical appointments on designated days of the week.

Dining Experience

At Sorana Cafe, residents enjoy three daily meals in an elevated dining atmosphere. We cater to dietary preferences and provide room service for unwell residents. Our dining services also serve as a social hub for engagement.

Addressing Complaints and Issues

Residents and families can submit complaints via complaint cards or directly to our nurse or ED. We take a collaborative approach to understand concerns and improve services, followed by executing a resolution plan with our team.

Communication with Residents' Families

We maintain close communication with our residents' families, keeping them updated on care changes and incidents. Communication preferences are discussed and established during the care plan meeting.

Short-Term or Respite Stays

We offer short-term or respite stays at a rate of $250 per day, with a minimum stay of 30 days.

Pet-Friendly Community

Pets are welcome in our community with a one-time fee of $500 due at move-in.

While we do not have a waitlist, availability is limited for certain apartment styles and locations within the community.
