Overview of Professional Staff and Training

We are a licensed Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE) with a well-rounded onsite team including directors for resident care, memory care, culinary, marketing, building services, and vibrant life/activities programming. Additionally, we have care staff, med technicians, and an LVN leading our care department. Our staff engages in monthly training opportunities for constant learning and development, as per licensure requirements.

Safety and Well-Being Measures

Our first priority is the safety of our residents. Our community is designed to minimize risks, with handrails in all hallways and common areas, anti-microbial paint to prevent cross-contamination, and an HVAC system that manages air quality individually by unit.

Transition Support Services

We work with partners to assist with the move-in process and ensure new residents and their families feel supported. This includes move managers for downsizing and personalizing new homes, and our nursing team to support those transferring from other care facilities.

Transportation Services

We offer transportation services within a 15-mile radius, and can accommodate further distances for a small fee.

Dining Experience

Our dining program, Elevate, offers an enhanced culinary experience combining traditional and contemporary styles, with a dining room open from 7am to 7pm, daily specials, and a full menu with certain items available all day.

Resident Complaints and Issues

Residents or families can bring concerns to our onsite directors, who will listen, discuss solutions, and ensure satisfactory follow-up.

Cost of Living

Assisted living apartments range from $5,195 to $9,995, and memory care costs range from $6,395 to $8,695, with care costs additional and based on the level of care needed.

Communication with Residents' Families

We maintain close contact with residents' families, using a real-time care tracking pendent system to provide updates on care and services provided.

Short-Term or Respite Stays

We offer respite stays ranging from $325 to $425 for Assisted Living (AL) and $375 to $475 for Memory Care (MC), with a minimum of 14 days and a maximum of 30 days.

Pet-Friendly Community

Yes, we are pet-friendly with a one-time pet fee of $750.

We currently have 1 apartment available in memory care, 1 bedroom apartments available now, and a 2 bedroom coming available in January in assisted living. All studios are currently full.
