Transitions, Allen's Cove is a senior living community that offers a variety of living options to cater to the diverse needs of seniors. Our community is designed to provide a comfortable and supportive environment for our residents.

We offer different types of rooms to suit your preferences and needs:

Residents are responsible for their own personal care items, such as toiletries, as our community operates like your own home with personalized assistance.

Availability and Care Options

We currently have availability without a waitlist, ensuring prompt accommodation for new residents. Additionally, we offer respite care and short-term stay options on our skilled nursing side for those in need of temporary assistance.

Pet Policy

While pets are not allowed to live in the community, they are welcome to visit and spend time with their owners, bringing joy and comfort to our residents.

Move-In Assistance and Transportation

Although we do not provide move-in assistance, we can schedule transportation for residents when needed. This service is available at a cost to the family.

Dining Experience

Our dining services offer a menu that can be emailed upon request. While specifics about meal preparation were not provided, you can expect a detailed menu to help you understand the dining options available.

Staff and Safety

Our staff includes one med tech on each floor, with two floors in total, and two aides on each floor to assist residents. For safety, we have call buttons and pendants but do not employ security guards. The frequency of nurse checks on residents depends on individual care plans and needs.

Handling Complaints and Communication

We have a grievance officer to address any complaints from residents. Communication with residents' families is a priority, especially in the event of an incident. The primary contact or power of attorney will be notified accordingly.
