We are a private pay community but we do accept long term care insurance and VA benefits (aid and attendance).

• Care Package 2: $800/mo.

• Non-Blister Packed Medication Fee: $150/mo.
• Guest Meals: breakfast $7 per meal, lunch or dinner $10 per meal
• Resident Tray Service: $5/tray (No charge if resident has an illness that is contagious)
• Pet Fee: $500 (Non-refundable, one-time charge)
• Additional Laundry: $7/load (Applicable to residents not on a level of care and requesting more than once weekly service)

Ella Springs is located in North Houston near Spring and The Woodlands at 16700 Ella Blvd, Houston, TX 77090. We’re in a beautiful, gated community directly across the street from Westfield High School and next door to Hosanna Lutheran Church. From the I-45 take the Richey Road exit and then turn right on Ella Blvd and we’ll be on the right-hand side of the road.
