Types of Professionals on Staff

We have various levels of professionals on staff. I am a nurse, and in addition, we have an RN as the Resident Care Director. Our direct care team is composed of med techs and caregivers, each with varying backgrounds.

Safety and Well-being Measures

Our community is locked from 7:30 PM to 8:00 AM, ensuring safety and security. Between 8:00 AM and 7:30 PM, we have a receptionist at the front desk.

Resources and Support for Transition

We collaborate with Senior Behavioral Health, which provides a licensed social worker to offer counseling services to our residents.

Transportation Services

We offer transportation services using a van or car, with fees determined by travel distance.

Dining Experience

Our dining room features restaurant-style dining. In the Independent Living section, residents can choose between restaurant-style meals or a buffet.

Complaint or Issue Resolution Process

Residents can speak to any member of our management team. As the Executive Director, I also meet with residents to discuss their concerns and address them as needed.

Cost of Living

Costs vary based on the level of care required. I am available to discuss specific needs and provide accurate pricing information.

Communication with Residents' Families

We conduct a care conference 30 days after move-in, annually, and with any significant changes to keep families updated.

Short-term or Respite Stays

Respite stays are available, with costs depending on the required level of care.

Pet-Friendly Policy

We are a pet-friendly community, allowing each resident to have two animals under 35 lbs.

Vaccinations Availability

Covid and flu vaccinations are available annually in October.

Aging in Place

We offer hospice services through an outside vendor, allowing residents to age in place.
