Our Services and Amenities

We have LPNs, Med Techs, and Caregivers who provide oversight and daily care of our residents. We work with Wellspan Internal Medicine and if a resident chooses to use them as their PCP, they have a CRNP who comes into our community twice a week and can see them here if needed.

24-Hour Staffing and Emergency Response

Our building is staffed 24 hours a day and residents can utilize a pendant that they can press when they need any assistance. There is also a pull cord in each bathroom.

Transportation Services

We have a sedan, wheelchair van, and bus for transportation. We also utilize those vehicles for group outings as well as personal appointments.

Dining Experience

Our meals are served in our dining rooms. In Independent Living, it’s a continental breakfast, lunch, and dinner. There is also a salad bar and, of course, desserts. In Personal Care and Memory Care, it is 3 full meals a day.

Feedback and Management

If a resident or family member has a complaint, there is always a manager on duty that can address a concern. We have an Executive Director as well. We also have posted additional contacts they can reach out to if they’d like to reach out to someone outside of our community.

Admission Process and Fees

I have short brochures attached for Independent Living, Personal Care / Memory Care. When a resident moves into our community, there is a one-time Community Fee of $2,500, along with a refundable security deposit ranging from $1,500 -$2,500.

Communication with Families

When someone moves into our community, they complete a form stating who they’d like added to their contact list. We typically reach out to the first person … If it’s something urgent and that person isn’t available, we go to the next one, etc.

Respite Stay and Pet Policy

We currently don’t have the availability to do a respite stay. We are pet friendly.

Availability and Waitlist

We are currently full with a wait list, however, our wait list isn’t years long, just a few months.

Vaccination Services

We do offer vaccines here. This year the pharmacy offered COVID, flu, and RSV. Each resident had the choice as to whether they wanted any or all of those.

End of Life Care

The majority of our residents remain here with us through the end of life. We are also able to bring hospice services onboard if there is ever a need for them.
