2024 Room & Board Rates

Resident or responsible party will pay a one-time non-refundable Service Fee of $2500.00 prior to or at the time of signing the admission agreement.

Room Type Daily R&B Cost

• Studio $99/Day
• One-Bedroom $123/Day
• 2nd Person fee in one-bedroom $29/Day + Level of Care
• Respite Rate $20/Day added to fee above

Room and Board includes: Three meals per day, housekeeping and laundry services, utilities (excluding phone), basic cable and planned recreational and social activities.

Level of care is determined by a comprehensive assessment in which we assess an individual’s needs, abilities, and physical and mental condition.

The assessment is based on current diagnostic, medical and social history obtained from the individual’s primary health care provider and any other third party that provides health care services. The process also includes a face to face interview with the prospective resident and the individual’s legal representative (if any) and family members to determine what the individual view as his or her needs, abilities, interests and expectations.

Assisted Living

Kenosha Place has three different buildings on our campus, two are dedicated to Assisted Living. These buildings are for those adults that need some assistance managing daily cares, housekeeping, laundry, and medication administration. In addition to those items, there is a full-service kitchen run by our culinary team that provides home cooked meals and snacks.

In these buildings, there is a level of care in addition to the room rate that covers base services. Everyone’s level of care is based on the nursing assessments done prior to admission that score the level of direct assistance that your loved one needs to meet their needs.

We currently have openings in our assisted living where I have studios apartments available for rent currently. This is a living room/sleeping area and their own private handicapped acceptable bathroom.

Memory Care

The second building is our Memory Care building that focuses on those residents that have dementia. This is all inclusive of care, room, and board. This includes meals, snacks, activities, medication management, personal cares, housekeeping, laundry, 24-hour a day supervision, and call system monitoring.

Our memory care unit has additional staff members and a higher level of activity programming to help assist with these residents’ needs.
