Overview of Staff and Training

Our facility employs two sets of live-in managers, along with directors of maintenance, activities, and sales. We also have an executive chef, sous chef, and servers, as well as housekeepers and a bus driver. Since we are an independent living community, we do not have medical professionals or trained medical staff on our team.

Safety and Well-being Measures

Emergency pull cord stations are available throughout apartments and most community spaces. These connect to a pager worn by both sets of managers for emergencies. However, these are being phased out for the Lively pendant life-alert style buttons provided to residents. These pendants work both in our community and throughout the US, connecting residents to a call center for aid in emergencies and non-emergencies.

Resources and Support Services for Transition

New residents are welcomed with the help of resident ambassadors who assist in integration into the community by sitting with them during meals, inviting them to activities, and ensuring their comfort in the community.

Complaint and Issue Resolution Process

Residents can bring complaints or issues to the management team, who are responsible for handling them as appropriate.

Cost of Living

- Studios start at $3,375 - 1-bedrooms start at $4,085 - 2-bedrooms start at $5,515

Communication with Residents' Families

Residents fill out a form upon signing a rental agreement, listing at least one emergency contact. In cases of emergency, medical episodes, or general concern, we immediately contact listed emergency contacts.

Short-term or Respite Stays

We offer short-term/respite stays at the same cost as long-term stays. We operate on a month-to-month rental basis with no long-term commitments, allowing residents to submit a 30-day move-out notice.

Pet Policy

We are a pet-friendly community but prohibit animals from dining room areas. There are no additional costs for bringing a pet.

Waitlist Information

We currently have a waitlist for 2-bedroom apartments and certain 1-bedroom floor plans.

Vaccination Availability

While residents cannot receive Covid or flu vaccinations on-site, they can use scheduled transportation to obtain them.

Aging in Place

Our community is an age-in-place model, with a homecare agency office on-site for residents' convenience. We encourage aging in place and hope to be the last move a resident needs to make.
