Overview of Staff and Training

Our staff includes a wide range of professionals, all of whom undergo extensive training to ensure the highest level of care and service. This includes annual fire training, first aid, dementia training, and an annual Inservice. During your tour, our Health Center Administration Department will provide more details and answer any questions.

Safety and Well-being Measures

We prioritize the safety and well-being of our residents through various measures, including vaccination clinics, on-site care facilities, emergency pull cords, personal emergency pendants, wireless door notifications, a fitness center, heart-healthy meals, fitness classes, social wellness activities, 24-hour emergency response, a social work department, medical appointment transportation, and more. Our facilities department ensures clear pathways during winter.

Transition Support Services

To aid residents' transition into our community, we offer the support of a Transitions Coordinator and resident coaches.

Transportation Services

We provide transportation to local medical appointments and group shopping excursions.

Dining Experience

Our dining experience includes three meals a day, with one meal included in the contract. We offer heart-healthy and a variety of meal options in our two restaurants, including vegetarian and vegan choices.

Addressing Complaints and Issues

Residents are encouraged to voice their concerns to those in a position to address them, including the Residents’ Council, management staff, or the resident Ombudsman.

Communication with Residents' Families

Families can stay informed about their loved ones through email updates, our Facebook page, and our website.

Short-term or Respite Stays

While not common, those interested in short-term or respite stays should contact our Social Work department for more information.

Covid and Flu Vaccinations

Residents have access to Covid and flu vaccinations, among others.

Aging in Place

We support residents in maintaining their independence for as long as possible with on-site Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy. Our CCRC model provides peace of mind for future healthcare needs, with a waitlist that varies based on residence type and availability.
