Overview of Staff and Training

Our communities are staffed clinically with med techs, CNAs, LPN, & PCAs. They undergo the appropriate and typical training required for continuing education at a community.

For our memory care neighborhood, our door is locked. For our other residents, we have a front door that is locked as well.

Transportation Services

We do not offer transportation services at this time.

Dining Experience

Our community has a dining room on each wing. It is an intimate experience, versus going down to the dining room and eating with 90 residents. You are eating with those on your hall! Most people really like this feature of the community.

Process for Addressing Resident Complaints

They typically take it up with the appropriate department head. Of course, the communities' Executive Director is always a resource for families and residents as well.

Communication with Families

That is dependent on how the family would like to be communicated with. That is something we go over via move-in. Of course, if there is an emergency, we will make contact with you ASAP via a call.

Short-term or Respite Stays

We do offer short-term respite stays. $180 a day for Assisted living & $200 a day for Memory Care.

Pet-Friendly Community

We are a pet-friendly community. :)

Vaccination Availability

Yes, residents are able to get Covid and flu vaccinations in the community!

Aging in Place Policy

Yes, residents are able to age in place to a degree. We are an ambulatory community, meaning if a resident was to break her hip or something, she would need to be able to walk again at some point to stay at the community. We have a sister community in Portsmouth that is non-ambulatory. Residents are always able to utilize home health and hospice within the community. If a resident needed to be on hospice, she is able to do so and could stay at the community while she was non-ambulatory. This explanation may make a bit more sense via a phone call! We do not currently have a waitlist!
