Suite Styles

You have a choice of suite style (semi-private, private or deluxe). Because we offer a wide range of services, you only pay for the services you receive. Each suite style has a base rate and offers 4 levels of care, each $500.

Example of Levels of Care

• Verbal reminders – Level 2
• Verbal reminders with set up – Level 3
• Verbal cueing/standby assistance – Level 4
• Physical assistance of 1 – Level 5

Base Rates

• Base Rate for Semi-Private: $5600
• Base Rate for Private: $6600
• Base Rate for Deluxe: $7000

Example Price with Care

• Semi-Private: $5600 / $6100 / $6600 / $7100 / $7600
• Private: $6600 / $7100 / $7600 / $8100 / $8600
• Deluxe: $7000 / $7500 / $8000 / $8500 / $9000

Enhanced Care

In addition, we offer Enhanced Care services, which includes oxygen (concentrators only), catheter care, colostomy care, enemas, inhalers, injections, nasal sprays/treatments, non-sterile dressing changes, physical assistance of 1 to transfer, ambulate or transfer via wheelchair.

Fees

• One time move in fee of $2000
• Short term stays are $250/day (minimum of 30 days)
