Professional Staff and Training

In our licensed area (assisted living and memory care), we hire licensed professionals – CNA, CMA, RN, LVN. We all are trained in the I’m Still Here approach to dementia also since we are a Center of Excellence for this program.

Security and Safety

We are a gated community and have 24-hour staff that monitor cameras. Also, we have security on the premises at night.

Admission Process

I’m not sure what you mean, but we guide the future resident and their family through the process – Financial application and the medical assessment process.

Transportation Services

We do have transportation and the fee is based on mileage.

Dining Experience

Residents make their choices and are served by dining staff. We do not have cafeteria style dining on our campus. All food is cooked here.

Addressing Concerns

Residents/Families who have concerns are encouraged to visit with the program director in their neighborhood.

Cost of Living

Cost of living depends on the level of care.

Annual Care Conference

Residents in assisted living and memory care will have an annual care conference to review the needs and how the resident is doing. We are smaller, so we get to know our family members and try very hard to keep good communication with them.

Respite Stay Availability

We currently do not have respite stay in any level of care because we are full or almost full.

Pet Policy

Residents can have one small pet and must be able to independently care for the animal. The pet fee is a one-time, non-refundable fee of $500.

Wait List Information

Again, it depends on the level of care. Memory care has a wait list. Assisted living is close to being full so we will soon have a wait list and currently do for some floor plans. Same for our independent living.
