Overview of Staff and Training

Our facility is staffed with nurses, QMAs, and CNAs, all of whom are licensed or certified prior to being hired. Upon joining our team, they undergo an initial training session and then receive ongoing training on a monthly basis to ensure they are up-to-date with the latest in care practices.

Safety and Well-being Measures

To ensure the safety and well-being of our residents, each individual in assisted living is provided with an emergency alert pendant and the bathrooms are equipped with emergency pull cords. Prior to moving in, all residents undergo an assessment to develop a personalized care plan. Additionally, our memory care unit is secured to safeguard our residents.

Transition Support Services

We offer comprehensive support to aid residents' transition into our community. This includes meetings with our nursing team before and on the day of move-in, an orientation session with our move-in coordinator, and an introduction to our activities and events by our activity director. Onsite therapy services and physicians are also available to meet the health care needs of our residents.

Addressing Complaints and Issues

Residents can voice their concerns through our suggestion box or during the monthly resident council meetings. Individual complaints are directed to our Executive Director for resolution.

Cost of Living

The monthly cost for living in our community varies based on the apartment type and the services required. A detailed rate sheet is provided for prospective residents.

Communication with Residents' Families

Our nursing team maintains open communication with the families of our residents, informing them of any changes in condition, medication adjustments, or the initiation of therapy services. Families are encouraged to visit their loved ones at any time.

Short-term or Respite Stays

We offer respite stays subject to space availability, at a cost of $225 per day with a minimum stay of two weeks.

Pet Policy

Our community is pet-friendly, welcoming cats and small dogs.

Waitlist Information

Currently, there is a waitlist for our two-bedroom apartments, but we have availability for other apartment types.

Vaccination Services

Residents have access to Covid and flu vaccinations within the community.

Aging in Place

Our community supports aging in place by offering various care levels and partnering with home health services and hospice care providers.
