Waitlist and Availability

Depending on the level of care and apartment style, we do have a waiting list for some apartments. Some are available as soon as the application has been approved.

Pricing and General Information

Prices vary based on apartment style and level of care. Our Independent living rates are as follows: a 400sf small studio is $520, a 500sf large studio is $645, an 800sf Suite is $995, and a 1,000sf deluxe is $1,275. Our rates include all utilities except for phone and internet.

Staff and Training

In our Independent community, all staff are background checked and drug tested. We are a non-profit community that prides itself on long-term staff and special attention to our mission. Our Catered Living and Assisted Living staff undergo extensive training as regulated by the Department of Public Health. Our last survey scored perfectly with no deficiencies.

Safety and Well-being Measures

We have staff on duty 24 hours, our building is locked at night, all guests must sign in when they enter, and each apartment has an emergency call button. We make rounds during the night throughout the entire building.

Transition Support Services

Our desk staff is on duty 24 hours to answer any questions or assist as needed.

Transportation Services

Our rates are such that we cannot provide transportation. Residents are able to pay for transportation if needed. We do have a volunteer who takes our residents to Wal-Mart twice monthly.

Dining Experience

Our dining room serves lunch and supper every day, for Independent residents the cost is $6.00 per meal. Our meals have a “Southern” flare. All apartments have complete kitchens, so that residents who wish may prepare their own meals as well.

Addressing Complaints and Issues

We have a suggestion box and Towne Meetings to address concerns of residents. Our office staff are available during business hours. Residents may submit issues to the Administrator and if needed will meet with the resident and their sponsor to resolve issues.

Communication with Residents' Families

If we have concerns, we will email or call the family to let them know. We are able to schedule meetings if needed. Our residents and families are part of our family; we try to make ourselves available to them as much as possible.

Short-term or Respite Stays

Our Arrowhead property offers Respite for Assisted Living residents. For Independent Living, residents can rent apartments on a month-to-month basis. It is the same fee with a paid $750.00 community fee.

Pet Policy

We do not have 4-legged pets at this time, however, they do visit our residents. We do have residents with fish and birds.

Vaccinations

We currently do not have COVID Clinics scheduled for the community but do offer Flu vaccinations yearly.

Aging in Place

We offer several levels of care. Residents can obtain the Catered Living program in their Independent apartment. Our Assisted Living Community is located on the first floor of our building. We have Memory Care, Skilled Care, and Rehab on the same campus. We love for our resident, who become our family, to stay with us as long as we can meet their needs in our community.
